On the evening of November 22, 1989 members of the public and The Singular Society of the Baker Street Dozen attended a reading and booksigning with author L. B. Greenwood. The diminutive Beth Greenwood was promoting her third Sherlock Holmes pastiche - Sherlock Holmes and the Thistle of Scotland. The reading was held at the Village Square branch of the Calgary Public Library on a miserable winter's night! |
